Katie Costello
Katie is from Brighton, and has been dancing since the young age of 3. At 16 she went to train for 3 years at Laine Theatre Arts. Since graduating with distinction in her teaching qualifications she has danced all over the world in theatres, casinos and on board cruise ships.
She has played the title role in ‘Cinderella’, Princess Jasmine in ‘Aladdin’ and Belle in ‘Beauty and the Beast’. Television credits include the feature film ‘Wings of a Dove’, ‘Lilo and Stitch’ for the Disney Channel and several commercials. Katie has also applied her skills and experience in choreographing several shows for Thomson Cruise Lines and Airtours Holidays. Katie traveled the world with the Can Can Paris for 2 years before settling back in Brighton with her family. She is very excited to be teaching Ballet to children at the Alexandra Academy.
